LENO MILLS PROJECT

We’re so excited to share this full home renovation with you! This young family bought their first home and wanted to make it their own; so, we gave it a total gut update from top to bottom. To reflect their style we brought in a cohesive colour palette throughout: she loved the gold, he loved the blacks, which we married with neutral tones. Look out for the way we brought the black, white, cream and gold scheme into each of the different spaces! Light wood tones are carried throughout the home to facilitate a soothing flow.

We opened up walls between the family room and dining room to spotlight an open concept kitchen, and gave the stairs a great update for longevity. We gave the master bathroom some extra pazazz! For the kids bathroom we created something warm + modern that the kids could easily grow into. In the basement, this family wanted an entertainment area, a gym, and a hangout area for the kids. We gave them different zones, and made the entertainment area, with surround sound + theatre room, the focal point.
