CORNELL MEADOWS PROJECT

A kitchen remodel and powder room refresh!

We changed the layout of the space to facilitate greater flow in the heart of this home— the kitchen! Our clients had trouble with the previous design as the function and storage was lacking and space made it less appealing to host a big group of people. We altered the footprint by creating a better triangle and flow between the primary areas of use. We added extra storage, a beverage and coffee station to an under utilized wall, and brought in more light and airiness to the kitchen palette with simply white cabinets and calcutta gold counters, giving it a more spacious feel. We looove the richness of the deep blue island complemented with the gold accents.

The Cornell Meadows project was taken from drab to fab and we’re in LOVE!!
